Speaker Fees
Speaker fees are based on a number of factors, including: the speaker’s schedule, supply and demand, length of the presentation and the location of the event. Fees fall within the general range of $1,000 – $10,000 for in-person presentations, and $500 – $3,000 for video link (webcast) presentations. Our speakers may have different fees for local events (i.e., some may provide a discount if no travel is required).
Speaker fee ranges are guidelines only, and typically do not include expenses such as airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, and any out-of-pocket costs. Speaker fees for international events are often subject to an incremental increase.
